E+H質(zhì)量流量計(jì)硬件故障
若出現(xiàn)誤差偏大,積算器顯示不亮或不增值,顯示器空白位等現(xiàn)象,其原因:
a.安裝不規(guī)范,可直接導(dǎo)致流量計(jì)零漂,如質(zhì)量流量計(jì)安裝在泵出口處較近,傳感器支撐強(qiáng)度不夠,連接法蘭焊接不當(dāng)產(chǎn)生應(yīng)力信號,電纜受電磁干擾。
b.接線問題
若出現(xiàn)顯示器不亮現(xiàn)象,應(yīng)檢查積算器電源連線,若出現(xiàn)保險絲被燒,應(yīng)確認(rèn)輸入電壓與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電壓標(biāo)稱值,交直流形式是否*。又若出現(xiàn)積算器不隨流量增加時,應(yīng)檢查積算器接線,若積算器裝有正/反向程序,應(yīng)檢查流量計(jì)接線,因流量計(jì)接線不正確,會使積算器在反向流時不遞增。
c.工藝介質(zhì)變化
若測量介質(zhì)出現(xiàn)夾氣,氣化或兩相流等現(xiàn)象,變送器會出現(xiàn)報警顯示,嚴(yán)重時,傳感器停止工作。
d.變送器失效。

E+H質(zhì)量流量計(jì)故障處理——對于剛校驗(yàn)完的流量計(jì)安裝使用前一定要注意在當(dāng)前工況下的零點(diǎn)校驗(yàn),必須保證流量計(jì)中充滿介質(zhì)后關(guān)閉兩端截止閥才能零點(diǎn)標(biāo)定,具體的方法有很多種,面板操作、手操器以及使用prolinkⅡ軟件。
a.零點(diǎn)校準(zhǔn)有誤。
b.參數(shù)設(shè)置有誤。
c.電源的脈沖波動。
d.i/o組態(tài)有誤(一定要注意量程)。
